About the Journal
Surgo is Glasgow Medical School's newspaper, established in 1935. We are affiliated with Medchir and are an integral part of the history of one of the oldest Medical school societies. We aim to be a place that interesting stories, student experiences and medical school events can be shared; connecting students across the medical school.

Current Issue
This is the first edition of Surgo for the academic year. This issue focuses on Study Skills, aiming to deliver useful and insightful advice for all students to help them learn how to tackle studying in medical school. You will hear from a wide variety of both staff and students to help you in your medical career.
