About the Journal
About PhysiOdyssey
PhysiOdyssey was established to create a space where physiology can be explored through creative writing and visual storytelling. By bringing together science and creativity, the journal encourages contributors to interpret, question, and re-imagine physiological knowledge in ways that extend beyond conventional scientific communication.
The journal is grounded in the belief that creative forms such as narrative, poetry, and graphic storytelling can deepen understanding of the body and biological experience, foster reflection, and make science more accessible to wider audiences.
As an open-access publication, PhysiOdyssey is particularly committed to supporting students, early-career contributors, and novice writers, as well as encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration between scientific, medical, and creative communities.
